Simple and easy to use, C1 periodically checks the availability of any TCP services or Hosts, and performs an immediate notification to the desired person when a service is not responding. With the help of the external programs execution feature or the url call action C1 can start external repair processes to fix the problem where possible, to log its events into an external database, or to update an external ticket system.
